The FIFA Foundation is financing an educational initiative called the "Digital Education Programme" (DEP) which provides technological tools alongside learning, training, and mentoring resources to primary schools in vulnerable communities. The programme aims to help students build knowledge and skills in digital literacy, programming, and educational robotics, while promoting social inclusion and educational innovation through activities that combine education, technology, and football.

Mauritania is among the countries selected by the FIFA Foundation to implement this programme, in coordination with the Ministry of National Education and Educational System Reform (MERSE) and the Football Federation of the Islamic Republic of Mauritania (FFRIM). Over a three-year implementation period, the programme aims to reach 12 primary schools in Nouakchott, benefiting more than 10,000 students. The initiative will support the integration of technology- and robotics-based projects into the national curriculum, as part of the regular school day.

This Request for Proposal (RFP) sets out the FIFA Foundation's requirements for suppliers to deliver computer hardware.
